Best-Online-Bachelors-in-Accounting-Students-Before-Profits-Award-2014-2015Our Students Before Profits Award was created to promote nonprofit colleges and universities offering online degree programs that put students before profits and education before the bottom line.

For our 2014/2015 Online Bachelor’s in Accounting award winners, we selected online programs from accredited, nonprofit colleges and universities with objectively lower than average tuition cost and have ranked the programs according to their affordability.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, when business majors graduate and enter the working world they are offered above-average salaries, substantial benefits, and an opportunity to be successful in a career with a significant upward trajectory.

The Bachelor in Accounting is a versatile degree which imparts the necessary skills and knowledge to not only fill finance and accounting related positions (which are many and varied) but also to transition to other areas of business.  The CEOs and CFOs of many companies began their careers as accountants.

Though this ranking is primarily concerned with the affordability of Accounting programs,  many programs here have consistently been ranked among the top of their kind by other national publications and we believe they deserve to be considered among the best online bachelor’s in accounting programs available.
